Blockify – Make Hundreds of CAD Blocks at Once!

Blocks are great – they’ve been one of our most powerful CAD tools for decades, but they’ve always had one notable weakness: they can only be created once and then manually placed throughout your DWG. Wouldn’t it be great if you could convert hundreds of objects, scattered across your entire drawing, into named blocks instantly? Imagine combining a few hundred bolt assemblies, or 30 floors worth of desk/chair arrangements into named blocks in one single step. Now that’s a seriously intelligent, time-saving CAD tool and it’s available for you only in BricsCAD. BricsCAD uses your current DWG files, with all your current tools/macros/shortcuts but in a much more user-friendly and intelligent environment, all for less than you pay for your current CAD system!

Join ZenTek Consultants for this free 30 min. webinar and we’ll show you how easy it is to create and manage block instances with BricsCAD’s Blockify command.

Build Custom Tools For Any Industry

The true power of Bluebeam lies in its ability to create, share, and reuse the tools and features that you create on every project. By making use of the toolbox, you can develop as many symbols, tools, and measurements as you need, and save them for easy reuse later on. You can even develop full blown tool kits for specific jobs and industry types.

Intelligent DWG Revision Comparison

Understanding exactly what the differences are between versions, or revisions, of a DWG file is always a struggle. We depend on revision bubbles, e-mails, and conversations to let us know what changes have been made on a file and invariably something is always missed. With BricsCAD, not only can you easily compare DWG files to see where changes have occurred, but the system will tell you what’s been added and what’s been deleted. Not just that, but BricsCAD is unique in the CAD world, in that it even gives you the ability to move missing items from one DWG to another, right within the comparison session! Imagine never again missing a change, or update, no matter how small! This simple-to-use feature in BricsCAD can save you substantial time and money on every project.

Join ZenTek Consultants for this free 30 min. webinar and we’ll show you how easy it is to overlay and compare different DWG versions in BricsCAD and even update them when necessary.

Design Roads and Intersections in Seconds

Whether you use Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or BricsCAD, you can generate complete road, intersection, cul-de-sac, and even parking lot designs in seconds, instead of hours. Using Civil Site Design, the most powerful civil design tool on the market that works with all the above systems, you can automatically generate detailed roadway designs with a single click of the mouse. Not only that, but you can even take those roads and convert them to Civil 3D Corridors instantly, instead of spending days using C3D Corridor tools. Civil Site Design can also generate profiles and cross-sections for your roads, all at once. If you are involved at any level in the design of roads, from residential access roads to interstate highways, you need to see this amazing tool in action.

Join ZenTek Consultants for this free 30 min. webinar and we’ll show you how easy it is to create detailed road designs with Civil Site Design.

Create Enlarged Plans from a PDF with Bluebeam Revu

When you’re working with Construction documents in PDF, you don’t want to be restricted to marking up and measuring based on the small size of the original plan. Wouldn’t it be great if you could just pull out the area you need to work in, scale it up to a workable size, set a scale to it, and maybe even create a new PDF if needed? With Bluebeam Revu, you can do all those things –and more– with just a few clicks of the mouse.

Join ZenTek Consultants for this FREE, 30-minute webinar, where we’ll show you how easy it is to use these powerful features in Revu to make your daily work much easier!

Comparing Documents in Bluebeam Revu

One of the biggest challenges in Design Review and Estimating is identifying changes on plans and verifying which systems are affected by them. We spend hours on light tables, or bouncing back and forth between open files, hoping we don’t miss anything. Bluebeam Revu changes that. Revu will automatically compare different versions of a file and bubble/highlight every area that’s been modified or is different for you.

Let’s Get Bendy: Sheet Metal Designs with Autodesk Inventor

Modeling sheet metal components is one of the grand struggles of the manufacturing world. What seems like it should be some simple drafting always turns out to require far more work than we ever expect. Bends, sweeps, radial calculations, and deformations in sheet metal design can drive you crazy! Luckily, Autodesk Inventor comes with a fully- integrated sheet metal modeling suite that makes these challenges easy! Use Inventor’s sheet metal defaults to quickly configure your material properties and implement bends and flanges from a wide array of tools. Not only that, but models created in Inventor Sheet Metal can easily be converted to traditional 3D CAD models so you can continue editing them outside the sheet metal environment.

Join ZenTek Consultants for this free 30 min. webinar and we’ll show you some of the fundamentals of working with sheet metal in Autodesk Inventor. Learn how to implement additive commands such as flanges, bends and hems, as well as subtractive commands such as cuts and punches.

Direct Modeling – The Future of 3D Design

The major 3D modeling systems on the market (Inventor, SolidWorks, etc.) use Parametric (or history-based) modeling to develop parts and systems, but that technology is a leftover from decades ago. Direct Modeling, where you can instantly manipulate, blend, and merge any aspect of your 3D model at will, is the new powerhouse of the manufacturing world. Advanced 3D modeling systems, like BricsCAD Mechanical, let you create models by directly manipulating the geometry on the screen. Every addition or edit to your objects are applied to the model in real-time. There are no dependencies to worry about and you can apply changes, without causing earlier-built objects to fail. Once a sketch is formed into a model, its profile can be removed, because it’s not tied to the “historic” geometry. Direct Modeling is simpler, faster, and has improved system performance since there are no dependencies to keep track of and recalculate with every modification.

ZenTek Consultants is the Premier Sales Partner for BricsCAD in the U.S. and we invite you to this FREE, 30 min. webinar where we will present the concepts of Direct Modeling, with a comparison of how much easier it works than traditional history/parametric-based methods.

Create a Detention Pond and Low Flow Channel in Seconds with Civil 3D

Detention ponds are a staple of the civil design world and most of us struggle with creating them. And once they’re done, we still need to place flow channels along the bottom to ensure water moves where we need it to and that’s another pain point for most of us. It doesn’t need to be so difficult. With Civil 3D, you can create your entire pond and low flow channel in just a few clicks of the mouse. ZenTek’s Civil experts can show you how.

Join ZenTek Consultants for this FREE 30-minute webinar, where we’ll show you how easy it is to use these powerful features in Civil 3D to make your daily work much easier.

Microsoft Teams - Do All Your Work in One Program

The true benefit of Microsoft Teams, which most people don’t realize, is that it lets you do almost all of your work in one single interface. Don’t waste time finding icons, launching programs, then browsing the network time and again to open the files you need. With Teams, you simply click on the files you’ve already organized inside your Team and you can view, work on, even co-author and discuss them right through Teams itself! Teams allows you to open and edit Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files natively, or opt to work with them in a browser off your desktop app. Other files, like PDF and DWG, can be viewed from inside Teams for quick reference, and easily downloaded locally for editing in your desktop application. All that, and you can even chat with other Team members about the document you’re editing and keep a full record of that chat in the main conversation panel.

ZenTek Consultants is a premiere Microsoft Cloud Solutions Partner and we want to invite you to this FREE 30-minute webinar. We’ll show you that Teams is much more than a replacement for Skype - it’s a full-fledged powerhouse program that will optimize your daily workflow.
