Introduction to Revit Families
Revit Families are the foundation of building models across all disciplines. This 2-hour online overview will introduce users to the fundamentals of Family creation and modification. We will explore Family types, creating framework using Reference Planes and Reference Lines, adding dimensions and parameters and adding basic solid geometry. This course is intended to provide an understanding for the construction of Revit families, making customization of existing families easier.
Note: Instructor will present using Autodesk Revit 2020. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the same version. Students should have a solid understanding of Revit or have taken the Revit for Beginners or Revit Exploring the Essentials course as a prerequisite.
Recording: Registrants for this course will receive access to a recording of the session for 24 consecutive hours. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.

Online Training Cancellation Policy
Registration may be modified or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours prior to the start of class. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of class will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted tuition. No refunds will be given once a class has begun. ZenTek reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course for any reason.
