Autodesk Inventor Environments – Cable and Harness
When it comes time to create wires, cables and other electrical connections in your design, Autodesk Inventor can save you countless hours of planning and struggling to make them all fit together correctly. Inventor has the ability to define and link connector terminals in your assembly, as well as route the cables through defined pathways and even use that data to automatically generate a 2D wiring diagram. Inventor can even interface with external databases, import wiring data, and generate reports and harness libraries. ZenTek Consultants can show you how to use these powerful tools to simplify the layout and design of your next electrical project.
This four (4) hour course is delivered in two (2), two-hour long sessions that students can attend online, right from their own desk. A live instructor will explain the detailed functions, and address questions as the class progresses.
Note: Class will be presented using Autodesk Inventor 2020 and that version is required for all students.

Segments and routing cables
Folding ribbon cables
Session 2: Managing Harness Data
